Silky smooth results, two different methods to achieve them. Though waxing and sugaring are both hair removal services, the process and ingredients are different. With waxing, we use a low-temperature hard wax that is applied in the same direction as your hair growth and removed without the use of strips. This low-temperature wax feels like butter on the skin, and does not sting at application. Sensitive skin types have had no issues with our wax. Because of the low temperature, the pain is also reduced. The hair is then removed in the opposite direction of its growth. 

Sugaring uses an all-natural mixture of sugar, lemon, and water that exfoliates the skin and is applied in the opposite direction of hair growth. We then remove it in quick, small pulls in the direction your hair grows. We recommend clients to try both methods and see which one feels the most comfortable to them! Our Frisco waxing salon clients love both of these skin-healthy treatments! 

Brazilian and bikini waxes are both hair removal treatments for your lady parts. However, with Brazilian waxing, almost all hair is removed from your pubic region. With a bikini wax, your esthetician just removes hair along the bikini/underwear line.

Ideally, your hair length should be around ¼ inch long (typically the size of a rice grain) before your waxing appointment. Any shorter or much longer than ½ will not give you optimal results. (We recommend clients grow their hair for at least 3-4 weeks after a shave. And for the best results? No trimming at home before coming in for your services!) 

Our Frisco waxing salon is not a fast-waxing chain salon; we care about our clients’ overall skin health. We’ll take time to educate you on long-lasting waxing aftercare and provide instructions/product recommendations based on your treatment and skin type. We do extensive research before we ever add any new products to our retail line to ensure customers always LOVE the products they invest in with us.

We recommend scheduling waxing appointments every 4 to 6 weeks. The key to successful waxing (and reduced hair growth/thickness) is staying consistent! During the consultation part of your service, our estheticians will come up with the best plan for you and your specific waxing schedule. Everyone’s wax schedule may be different

Notifications of cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the services booked. No calls, no shows, and same-day cancellations will be automatically charged 100% of the services booked. If payment of cancellation or no call no shows declines for any reason, rebooking will be closed for your account until the dues are paid.

After 7 minutes late, your appointment is automatically a no-show. Thank you for respecting our policies and our business; we work hard to keep you happy!
