Had my first Brazilian wax/Brow shaping appointment at Skin Things with Sagai and I had an amazing first experience! Sagai was extremely gentle and had a soft touch. Over six weeks of hair growth and I was expecting a little pain, but I walked out with ease feeling very refreshed. Sagai explained every detail to me and also gave me her professional advice which I greatly appreciated. It’s always a rewarding feeling to be serviced by someone who is truly passionate about what they do and not just working for a check! I’ve never come across a special that included an eyebrow shaping wax, so I had to jump on it, and boy did she not disappoint! She walked me through future steps I need to take in order to fulfill my ultimate brow goal! :) 10/10 recommend Skin Things. Totally worth the hour drive! Looking forward to my Lash Lift appointment!

Cancellation Policy for Waxing and Beauty Treatment Services
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Arrival Policy
To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the services booked.
No-call, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total cost of the services booked.
If payment for any cancellation or no-show fee is declined, your account will remain on hold, and rebooking will not be possible until all outstanding balances are settled.
Important: We do not accept cancellation or rescheduling requests via social media. For assistance, please contact us directly at our studio phone number.
To ensure fairness to all clients, we also have a strict late arrival policy: If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the corresponding policy will apply.
